When [Cloud Pierce] reaches 50/75/100 stacks, the ability will advance in the order of [Wind Blades]/[Windrunner Spell]/[Cloud Piercing Wind]. After [Cloud Pierce] reaches 100 stacks, each 3 stacks of [Cloud Pierce] gained will provide Young Ootengu with 1 points of main stats.
